We are seeking full- and part-time master’s level therapists to join our growing outpatient clinic. As a therapist at FSR, you will work as part of a team with a high level of support and consultation. Our therapists have opportunities for professional growth and specialized training in evidenced-based practices. You will practice across the lifespan, providing group, couples, family and individual therapy in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a wide range of clinical services including group, couples, family and individual therapy in an outpatient setting.
  • Work within the state certified comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intensive Outpatient Program (DBT IOP), delivering DBT services that adhere to the fidelity of the model.
  • Apply trauma-informed practice and serve diverse populations.
Qualifications
  • Master’s level therapist with eligibility or licensure in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC or LMFT).
  • On track for or completed licensure in LICSW, LPCC or LMFT in the State of Minnesota.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a supportive environment and participate in ongoing professional development.
