Overview
Seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for in-person adult client services in Brainerd, MN, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid in two installments).
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care.
- Maintain compliant documentation and ensure client safety.
- Represent the organization positively in the community.
- An active LADC license.
- 12 hours in co-occurring disorders.
- A clean substance use history for at least two years.
Preferred qualifications include experience with co-occurring disorders, CPR certification, and community-based work.
BenefitsHealth, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and more. The position is full-time, offering $60,000-$80,000 annually, with in-person work at the Brainerd location.
