Produces high‑quality MRI images that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Department. Requires competence with a variety of equipment and technology and adherence to safety guidelines for self, staff, and patients. Fosters teamwork through effective communication, and demonstrates flexibility and ability to work varied hours and shift lengths. On‑call shifts require pager response for after‑hour nights, weekends, and holiday coverage.

• Graduate of an ARRT approved or recognized Health Science program
• For incumbents hired before February 15, 2018, graduation from an accredited radiography, sonography, or nuclear medicine program is required
• Organized, efficient, and multifunctional; able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication

• ARRT certified in Magnetic Resonance (MR) – preferred; other certifications (Radiography R, Nuclear Medicine Technology N, CNMT, ARDMS, or registry eligible) with primary certification obtained before start date are acceptable
• Annual documentation of technical certification required
• All incumbents pursuing post‑primary certification must obtain ARRT (MR) certification within 18 months of employment
• CPR/BLS Certified or obtained within 90 days of employment

$36.89 – $55.29 per hour

Full Time – 72–80 hours per pay period – multiple FTE available (.9 or 1.0). Rotating shifts with day, evening, and weekend coverage; on‑call and holiday shifts as needed.

No international assignment.
