Position Summary  The Paraplanner position will come alongside our Advisors to learn how to create financial plans and soak up firm-specific procedures and processes. Key responsibilities include preparation of financial plans, investment research and analysis, and coordination of client service needs with team members. The Paraplanner reports to and is employed by Emerald Financial Group. This is an in-office position.

*** FINRA SIE 7/66 as well as MN Life and Health licensing
* Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferred
* Extremely strong organizational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) or ability to learn
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
* Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
