Client Service Associate – Wealth Enhancement
Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth‑management firm that offers personalized financial planning and investment management services to over 80,000 households nationwide. The Rochester, MN office is seeking a Client Service Associate who will serve as a liaison for advisors and clients, enhance team culture, and deliver exceptional service.
Primary Job Functions- New Client Onboarding – ensure accurate completion of prospect paperwork, follow up on funds transfers, maintain CRM database, address operational issues, and record assets.
- Client Relationship Management – conduct client dialogues, prepare account transactions, resolve client requests (including death claim processing), and coordinate with client’s tax or legal counsel when needed.
- Client Review Prep & Follow‑up – gather client data, prepare materials for meetings, conduct tax research, and complete review follow‑ups.
- Industry / Product Knowledge – apply WEG suitability guidelines, understand financial terminology and products (annuities, mutual funds, SEMAs, fixed income, alternatives, etc.), and attend educational events and vendor presentations.
- Team & Corporate Support – assist advisor operations, complete operational projects, communicate updates, mentor CSAs, and manage vendor service agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Customer‑service training or experience.
- Willingness to learn financial concepts, products, and WEG sales model.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Team‑oriented, flexible, and able to mentor peers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce;
Workday experience preferred.
Hourly range: $22.00 – $26.00 (exclusive of bonuses and benefits). Full‑time wage potential ranges $42,500 – $63,750.
