• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong proficiency in CAD tools;
  Creo experience is a must.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Develop and update manufacturing process documentation, including tooling lists, setup requirements, and standard work instructions.
• Define tooling, fixturing, and material-handling requirements (e.g., carts, trolleys) for manufacturing processes.
• Work with tooling and fixture vendors to specify, procure, and implement new tooling solutions.
• Develop manufacturing process flows that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Perform assembly process planning and support systematic layout planning.
• Engage in production planning and control activities.
• Conduct direct labor studies using accepted engineering methods and establish labor standards for operations, setups, and workstation layouts.
• Support material flow optimization and standardization processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive cost reduction measures.
• Maintain daily project follow-ups and coordinate with customers to ensure alignment and progress.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and recommending actions.
