Responsibilities- Partner with other engineers, project managers and/or superintendents to coordinate and distribute all project information
- Work with the project team to ensure all contract documents, including logs, are up to date in real time
- Ensure status reports on RFIs, submittals and other documents are prepared and presented
- Create PCIs in CMiC, issue RFQs and review quotes from trades, assist in preparation of ATP and OCOS
- Participate in reviewing scopes of work for bid packages
- Maintain the Material Equipment Status Report
- Develop the submittal register
- Prepare change management reports, estimates and other cost report documents
- Conduct and manage quality control activities; ensure activities are documented properly and corrective action occurs when necessary
- Review contractors’ startup documents (safety startup submittals, contract compliance, etc.)
- Work with Lead Superintendent on trade contractor responsibilities throughout project
- Enforce Gilbane’s high safety standards
- Manage and perform weekly safety inspections
- Participate in schedule updates and pull plans
- Work collaboratively with field team to ensure milestone dates are met
- Coordinate and manage general condition work and project logistics
- Communicate with trade contractors and AE on field and QAQC related questions
- Prepare and contribute to daily reports
- Provide input and suggestions for trade contractor weekly meetings
- Communicate with Site Services/Next
150, order material and understand workforce needs to ensure clean jobsite - Assist with time and materials (T&M) process
- Participate in stretch and flex, daily huddle, and reviews pre‑task plans
- May be required to assist with tasks typically assigned to more junior positions
- Promote organizational change initiatives, suggest new ideas and continuously adapt to work within new structures and processes
