Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience in accordance with the Teacher scale of the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA).

• Commitment to Catholic education.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues.
• Ability to create an engaging, educational and challenging learning environment that caters for the needs of all students.
• Eagerness to learn from/with others and eagerness to share your talents with others.
• Enthusiasm to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support student learning.
• Openness to Science of Learning and its implications in the classroom.
• Experience with, or Professional Learning in PBL (Positive Behaviours for Learning) and/or Berry Street an advantage.
• Ability to work with, and commitment to family / school partnerships.

• Lumen Christi Catholic Primary School promotes the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children; therefore, the successful applicants must demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to providing a safe environment for children.
• Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Successful applicants will hold the Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
• Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.
