School Psychologist – 1.0 LTS (Long‑Term Substitute) – Rochester Public Schools ISD #535
Position:
Full‑time, 1.0 LTS (Long‑Term Substitute) – Full School Psychologist, from approximately December 8, 2025 to February 27, 2026.
Locations:
Bishop Elementary School (0.7) and MNSync Online – Secondary (0.3). Traveling teachers must have reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Salary: $50,525 – $91,753 per annum, prorated based on hire date.

- Current Minnesota PELSB license in appropriate area preferred and/or required:
Grade Pre‑K‑12, School Psychologist. - Experience in urban, multicultural education desirable.
- Demonstrated continued professional development through coursework, research, peer collaboration, and/or staff development.
- Working knowledge of subject matter, classroom management techniques, current research‑based best practices and strategies, and students' learning styles and needs, both academic and affective.
