Join Our Team as a Surgery Cardiovascular Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgery Cardiovascular Physician to join our prestigious medical team. This vital role involves performing complex cardiothoracic and vascular procedures in a fast-paced, trauma-ready environment. Required Skills:

Proven proficiency in cardiothoracic and vascular surgical procedures

Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and surgical techniques

Ability to handle routine and complex cases such as CABs, valves, aortic aneurysms, dissections, and heart failure surgeries

Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Effective communication and team collaboration abilities

Ability to work flexible schedules including day shifts, overnight, and weekend call rotations

Valid Minnesota medical license or IMLC certification

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with minimally invasive and robotic heart surgeries

Familiarity with TAVR, Carotid endarterectomy, and congenital heart surgeries

Prior involvement in emergency and trauma cases

Strong background in structural heart procedures

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree from an accredited institution

Board certification or eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery

Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a similar setting

Other Requirements:

Must submit a complete application file with all credentials and references

Ability to start on January 12, 2026 (ideal start date) or as soon as possible thereafter

Willingness to participate in a 24/7 call schedule, including overnight and weekend shifts

Commitment to maintaining impeccable records and adherence to safety standards

The position offers an hourly pay rate of $322.34, with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, referral bonuses, licensure and certification reimbursements, and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws.
