The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of adult cardiac surgery. The candidate will have a strong academic background, and expertise in heart and lung procurement, organ assessment and resuscitation, ex‑vivo organ perfusion, ECMO cannulation and management, as well as all aspects of Cardiovascular Surgery.
Requirements- Expertise in lung and heart procurement and transplantation
- Expertise in ex‑vivo heart and lung perfusion and normothermic regional perfusion
- Expertise in ECMO cannulation and management
- Eligible for Minnesota State Licensure
- Interest and ability in education, simulation, and research would be valued
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across specialties, disciplines, and with all levels of staff.
Board‑certified / eligible in Cardiovascular Surgery and eligible for medical licensure in the State of Minnesota.
