As a key member of our team, you'll provide comprehensive dental services to adults on Medicare and Medicaid, ensuring healthy smiles and improved oral health for our community.

Required Skills:

Valid dental license with certification in good standing

Proven experience in general dentistry, preferably in solo practice settings

Strong knowledge of dental procedures and protocols

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage a diverse patient demographic effectively

Attention to detail and high standards of patient care

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Nice to Have

Skills:

Advanced training in cosmetic or restorative dentistry

Experience working with Medicare and Medicaid patients

Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations

Familiarity with modern dental technology and tools

Preferred

Education and Experience:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice preferred

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a solo practice environment

Other Requirements:

Availability to work 3.5 days per week (Monday-Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and half-day Thursday)

Ability to begin promptly and commit long-term

Compliance with all state, federal, and local licensure and certification requirements

Willingness to handle a patient volume of 12-14 patients per day

Collaboration with hygienists and dental assistants for seamless patient care
