As a Business Development Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly voice and trusted connection for our service customers:
- Handle inbound calls & make outbound appointment reminders
- Reach out for service needs (recalls, recommended services, special orders, declined work, etc.)
- Respond to service leads by phone, text, and email
- Connect with customers, identify their needs & build trust
- Update and manage the ServiceCRM
- Book and reschedule service appointments in line with manufacturer guidelines
Help customers by directing them to the right person or department - Stay sharp with training & industry knowledge
- Add value, share successes, and grow as part of a winning team
We’re seeking a go‑getter who thrives in a fast‑paced, team environment:
- Strong communication & customer service skills (a must!)
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and adaptable
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
