Full‑Time Building Supervisor – Community Center
The City of Andover is accepting applications for a Full‑Time Building Supervisor to assist with daily operations at the Community Center. This position supports all aspects of facility operations, including customer service, ice resurfacer operations, general repairs, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily operations at the Community Center.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and general repairs.
- Operate ice resurfacer equipment.
- Provide customer service to diverse customers and staff.
- Respond to injuries and emergencies.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and work effectively with diverse individuals.
Evening and weekend hours are required September through April, with additional weekday opportunities May through August.
