We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Rochester team. We see this role as one of the most important in the business – as it is the CSR who is the face of Bowser Bean and what we represent. The role includes:

• Serving customers with a positive can‑do attitude
• Making barista coffee
• Preparing our quality food products for sale
• Ensuring our store is clean and presentable
• Other duties as instructed by management

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous

You will have the potential to work up to 38 hours per week, while earning a generous hourly rate of $32.76
* weekday (casual, 20+ year older) and $42.74
* weekend (casual, 20+ year older).
