Pay Range: $50,000–$80,000/year (competitive base + performance rewards)
What You’ll Do- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Gather vehicle information and listen carefully to customer concerns.
- Recommend maintenance & repairs based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor.
- Keep customers informed with timely updates throughout the repair process.
- Ensure repair orders and invoices are accurate and transparent.
- Explain completed work and charges clearly to customers.
- A people-first mindset with honesty and transparency.
- Energy, positivty, and a customer service–driven attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A team player who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or auto industry experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
- Valid driver’s license required.
