Member Account Advisor – 37th Street Branch

Starting Pay: $20.78–$24.45/hour (based on experience). Candidates who demonstrate certified proficiency in Spanish or Somali may be eligible for additional compensation. Certification requirements and compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.

As a Member Account Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of First Alliance Credit Union in our 37th Street branch—helping members open accounts, access loans, and reach their financial goals. Your ability to serve members ensures everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.

• Connect & Guide – Provide a warm welcome and help members open accounts or access services that meet their needs.
• Advise & Educate – Offer clear, honest guidance to help members make confident financial decisions.
• Grow Relationships – Identify opportunities to support members with loans and other credit union products.
• Solve & Support – Handle questions and transactions with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Collaborate – Partner with teammates to ensure a seamless, exceptional member experience.
