Traveling Superintendent Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects across the eastern United States. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy highway, bridges, asphalt paving, concrete, and horizontal construction, particularly in intermodal and rail-related infrastructure.
ResponsibilitiesManage on-site construction activities from start to finish.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Oversee work related to asphalt paving, drainage structures, track work, and other civil scopes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Travel to project sites across the eastern U.S. (100% travel required).

This position requires 100% travel to project sites across the eastern United States. The role involves working on-site in varying weather conditions, and adherence to safety standards is mandatory. The position requires collaboration with diverse teams, including subcontractors and clients.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Rochester, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
