Transaction Specialist

• Review and manage deal documentation for revenue recognition
• Prepare commission calculations and oversee the commission billing process
• Track and apply expenses to specific deal pools for broker accounts
• Assist auditors with obtaining necessary documentation for revenue recognition

• 3+ years of commercial real estate transaction support experience, particularly understanding the commission payout process
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a similar field
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on consistent follow-up

• Experience in managing vendor relationships and documentation
• Familiarity with invoicing and expense processing systems
