HVAC Technician

Job Title: HVAC Technicians (Multiple Openings) - 80% Commercial / 20% Residential
Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

About the Role:
We are looking for multiple skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. This role focuses primarily on commercial HVAC work (80%), with some residential tasks (20%). Technicians will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues
• Use standard HVAC tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned jobs on schedule
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with clients
• Maintain accurate work records and documentation

Requirements:

• Universal EPA Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of HVAC methods, tools, and equipment
• Strong time management, organization, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
