Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays, ensuring they are in proper order. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
