Senior Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

Assistant Store Manager. Duties include establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in overall operations of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

• Support Store Manager in overall operations of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hourly rate ranges from $17.73 - $17.98 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
