Role Description
This full-time, on-site role, based in Rochester, MI, involves supporting and contributing to various aspects of commercial real estate initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing transactions, assisting with property evaluations, liaising with clients, and facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders. The position requires providing exceptional customer service while helping clients navigate real estate decisions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate practices, including market evaluation and transaction management
- Finance and analytical skills to assess property value, market trends, and client investment potential
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Customer Service expertise to provide exceptional support and ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Self-motivation, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Requisite licensing or willingness to obtain necessary real estate licensing as per Michigan regulations
- Proficiency with relevant real estate databases and property management software is a plus
- 2+ Years' Experience is preferred, not required.
