Required Education
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Required Certification & Licensure
- Active Michigan State Board of Nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills to develop and implement effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit or department.
- Ability to perform a broad range of professional nursing duties.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
