Job Description SummaryHandles and inspects components and filled product in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Operating Procedures and Safety Regulations Documents and communicates functions and duties necessary to complete the manufacture of products produced in the Sterile Filling Department.
Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:
- Operational – Perform all tasks as outlined in Batch Cards, SOPs, and Job Aids; demonstrate ability to work on automated lines; inspect finished product; pack off product into trays and cases; lift up to 35 lbs; operate equipment per labor grade; maintain production flow and monitor equipment (90%).
- Continuous Documentation – Communicate promptly to PMO or Supervisor any equipment or process deviations (10%).
- Compliance – Operate in accordance with cGMPs, corporate regulations, SOPs, and other relevant standards; understand applicable SOPs and job aids.
- Other – Perform duties assigned by supervision (Continuous).

Qualifications- Education – High school Diploma or GED from a recognized institution or organization.
- Experience – Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and certifications required for the job.
- Certification – Successful completion of certified in‑house qualification programs.
- Knowledge – Proficiency in FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.
- Computer – Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Customer focus and results driven.
- Teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Coaching, negotiation, calibration, technical writing, etc.
- Lifts up to 50 lbs, frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Requires reaching, hand and arm use, frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Close vision required.
- Exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, moderate noise level.
