- Assist with client service and account administration, including new account applications, transfers, and ongoing service requests
- Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and provide a high level of customer service
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for advisors
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support advisors with meeting preparation and follow‑ups
- Work collaboratively as a team player in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
- Learn and utilize industry software and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in a financial services or office environment preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the firm
- Experience with or willingness to learn the following software:
