Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with client service and account administration, including new account applications, transfers, and ongoing service requests
  • Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and provide a high level of customer service
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for advisors
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Support advisors with meeting preparation and follow‑ups
  • Work collaboratively as a team player in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
  • Learn and utilize industry software and CRM tools
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a financial services or office environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the firm
  • Experience with or willingness to learn the following software:
    Redtail CRM
  • eMoney
  • Money Guide Pro
  • Potential Bonus Compensation
