Job Description
Summary:
This faculty position focuses on teaching graduate‑level courses in organizational leadership, coordinating the Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership, and engaging in active research and publishing. Candidates will advise graduate students and participate in institutional and professional service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A terminal degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in educational or organizational leadership; candidates completing the doctorate by August 30, 2026 may be considered.
- Professional experience in education (K‑12 or higher education) or organizational leadership.
- Prior experience supervising graduate students (preferred).
Pay Basis: Salary determined by experience and qualifications.
