Social Worker required to join our CIC Team in Medway, Kent - Paying up to £38ph!

Location: Medway, Kent
Rate: Up to £38 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a dedicated Children in Care (CIC) Team in Medway, Kent
. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional who is committed to improving outcomes for children and young people in care.

• Manage a caseload of children and young people in care, ensuring their safety, stability, and well-being.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
• Undertake statutory visits, assessments, and reviews in line with legislation and local authority procedures.
• Work collaboratively with foster carers, families, schools, and multi-agency partners.
• Prepare high-quality reports for reviews, court proceedings, and care planning meetings.
• Support young people in achieving permanence and positive long-term outcomes.
