Site Recruitment are currently seeking experienced JIB plumbers to join a long‑term commercial‑to‑residential conversion project in the Rochester area.
Conversion of an existing commercial building into 102 residential units, with commercial/business spaces, retained education/community areas, plus associated works including car parking, external alterations, and solar panel installation.
Job Details- Start Date: 02/03/2026
- Duration: Ongoing (approx. 14 months)
- Hours: 8 am – 5 pm (9 hours paid)
- Rate: £220‑£240 per day, dependent on experience
- Location: Rochester, Kent (site based near Chatham station)
- JIB card (mandatory; gold or black card bonus)
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Own tools
- 2 recent references
Full plumbing install from 1st fix through to 2nd fix on a large‑scale M&E commercial project. Candidates must be confident across all aspects of install work and have strong commercial installation experience.
