Senior Estate Agent

The Package
💰 Basic Salary: £21,750

📈 Commission:
Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £30,150)
⏰ Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job:
☕ Kick off with a daily team meeting with that all-important coffee!
Assist customers in buying or selling homes
📈 Present, negotiate, and manage sales
Generate leads & drive business growth
🏡 Offer top-tier service, arrange viewings & appointments
Office-based with opportunities for on-the-go viewings

The Person :

A minimum of 6 months experience in Estate Agency essential
