Up to GBP 57,500 DOE + Overtime (1.25x) + 22.5 Days Holiday Including Bank Holidays + Pension + Christmas Bonus
Shift pattern: 4 On 4 Off 07:00 to 19:00, 12:00 to 00:00
Maintenance Engineer required for a well‑established fresh food producer with a company history of over 75 years who supplies into leading retailers. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business that can offer longevity and security.
The successful candidate will be a Level 3 qualified engineer (or equivalent) and will have experience working within a manufacturing environment. Candidates from any sector are encouraged.
The Maintenance Engineer Role- Electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Working on automated food packaging equipment
- Carrying out electrical and mechanical repairs to packaging equipment such as conveyors, PLCs, weighers, wrappers, and responding to breakdowns.
- Supporting the introduction of a PPM schedule.
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- No call out
- Multiskilled maintenance engineer
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) within engineering
- Any manufacturing background
