Manufacturing Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team working within a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Mixing products according to set recipes

Accurately weighing out ingredients

Ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards

Running of Machines
Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Following strict food hygiene and safety procedures

Supporting the production team with general duties as required

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment (desirable)

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working with ingredients and machinery (full training provided)
