Packing Team Leader

Our client is recruiting a Team Leader to oversee the efficient operation of the packing area within the manufacturing site. This role demands strong leadership, attention to detail and an obligation to maintain high quality safety and productivity standards.

Key main duties:

* effectively manage health and safety within the team

* supervise and coordinate the activities of packing operatives

* Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging

* Enforce Cleanliness and hygiene protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination.
