Base Pay Range

Team Leader – Rochester – £13.59 per hour

As a Team Leader you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. You may be allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support can manage their finances, and managing the service in the absence of the Manager.

Previous experience is essential, particularly with Huntington Disease. A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care is required. You should have experience handling medication, delegating among a large staff team, and working with individuals who have acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviour.
