A leading defence and aerospace company in Rochester is seeking an Engineering Manager (Electronic Hardware Design) to lead teams and enhance engineering processes. The successful candidate will manage large teams, optimize engineering strategies, and ensure resource implementation. A solid background in electronic hardware engineering is required, along with demonstrable leadership and negotiation skills.
