As a Teaching Assistant working with Tailor

EDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to achieve their best. Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for education are key to success in this role.

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education
• Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis
• A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
