We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Vocational Teacher with expertise in Construction, Engineering, or Motor Vehicle Studies to join a dedicated team committed to helping students develop practical skills and achieve their full potential.

The Role as a Vocational Teacher:
We are looking for an experienced vocational practitioner or qualified teacher who can deliver hands-on, engaging sessions that inspire learners and build confidence. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a practical curriculum, adapting lessons to meet a range of abilities, and maintaining a safe, supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Vocational Teacher:

Deliver engaging and practical vocational lessons in your specialism

Support learners with varying abilities, including those with SEN needs

Maintain workshop safety and ensure tools/equipment are used appropriately

Develop creative learning opportunities that build employability skills

Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider teaching team

Track progress and provide constructive feedback to students

As a Vocational Teacher You Will Need:

Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Motor Vehicle Maintenance (industry or teaching background)

A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

Strong communication and organisation skills

A passion for supporting young people and helping them progress

Enhanced DBS on the update service
