We’re supporting a brilliant group of Secondary Schools across Medway, and they’re on the lookout for upbeat, adaptable Cover Supervisors who can keep learning flowing smoothly. Each day brings new faces, fresh challenges, and a chance to shine in different subjects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the classroom and keeping lesson plans running smoothly

• Delivering pre-prepared work and helping students stay focused

• Encouraging positive behaviour and a productive atmosphere

• Jumping between subjects and year groups with confidence

• Supporting students with questions and keeping energy steady and positive

• Passing on quick end-of-day notes to the teaching team

• Following safeguarding procedures to keep everyone safe and supported

What You’ll Need

• CACHE Level 2/3 or at least 6 months experience working with young people

• Confidence to manage classes of students aged 11 to 16

• Clear communication and a calm, welcoming manner

• Flexibility and enthusiasm to take on different classrooms and topics
