You'll be joining a forward-thinking business that champions collaboration, innovation and professional development. Your New Role As Senior Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the pre-construction and bid function, contributing to the successful conversion of major building projects.
Working closely with estimating, design, project leadership and the wider bid team, you will:
Develop high-quality, competitive tender programmes Produce clear methodologies, phasing strategies and logistics planning Identify programme risks, constraints and opportunities at pre-construction stage Support bid submissions and attend tender presentations Ensure planning outputs align with internal governance and client requirements Use industry-standard planning software to generate accurate, well-structured programmes This is a strategic role that will place you at the forefront of early-stage project development within a high-performing team.
What You'll Need to Succeed You will bring:
