Car/ allowance, pension, 25 days annual leave, phone/laptop benefits The role of the Design Coordinator Facades will involve:
Design Coordinator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, Glass Reinforced Concrete, Brick slips, Terracotta, Renders, Aluminium and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) cladding. Coordinating the design process between various internal and external stakeholders Liaising with external design suppliers ensuring designs meet requirements Ensuring a smooth supply chain keeping projects on schedule Working with internal teams in regards to fabrications schedule Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met Working on projects from £500k - £25m The ideal applicant will be a Design Coordinator Facades with:
Must have Design experience within the cladding / faade / building envelope / Glazing industries Would consider a Designer, Design Manager, Design Coordinator or related with the cladding / faade / building envelope / Glazing industries Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team High levels of organisation and excellent time management Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent analytical and numerical skills Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction Vacancies and Specification Positions within:
