Salary : £60,000 – £70,000 + Package

The OpportunityWe’re looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor renowned for delivering high-end commercial and hospitality projects. You’ll work on prestigious fit out and refurbishment schemes ranging from £5m to £20m, gaining exposure to landmark projects while being part of a high-performing commercial team.
This is the ideal opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor seeking to take ownership of exciting projects, support career progression, and play a key role in a market-leading contractor.
Responsibilities- Take commercial responsibility for live projects ranging from £5m to £20m
- Prepare and negotiate subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
- Lead CVRs, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Maintain robust cost control and risk management across projects
- Drive value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
- Manage change control processes and oversee final accounts
- Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Proven experience in fit out or refurbishment projects (ideally £5m–£20m)
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial best practice
- Background in commercial, office, hotel, education or leisure schemes preferred
- Excellent negotiation, reporting, and leadership skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)
