Fully Remote (with occasional travel for company meetings, trainings, or industry events)
Work HoursMonday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some nights and weekends as needed
Pay Rate$80,000 - $85,000 salaried, depending on experience
What You Will Be Doing- Plan, negotiate, purchase, and optimize media placements to achieve client branding and performance goals
- Collaborate with Dealer and Distributor Account Managers to develop media plans aligned with campaign objectives, budgets, geography, frequency, and timing
- Work closely with the Media Placement team, Media Analyst, Media Coordinator, Creative Strategist, and BxB creative team to execute campaigns
- Coordinate with media partners to place creative, manage invoicing, and support month-end reporting
- Analyze audience, market, and media delivery data to determine the optimal media mix for client goals
- Place media buys and monitor delivery, pacing, and budget utilization
- Ensure ads are running as ordered and within agreed parameters
- Stay current on media trends across traditional and digital channels, including broadcast TV, radio, streaming audio and video, digital out-of-home, and sponsorship opportunities
- Proactively identify and pursue new media partnership opportunities and test emerging platforms and channels
- Evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimizations for future campaigns
- Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and leadership
- Remain adaptable as media technology, tools, and AI-driven workflows continue to evolve
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of multi-channel media buying and management experience (agency experience preferred)
- Experience negotiating vendor contracts and media placements
- Strong understanding of media metrics, attribution models, and optimization strategies
- Working knowledge of both traditional and digital media buying
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with media analytics tools such as Nielsen, MRI, Com Score, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Close attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training events, trade shows, or meetings
