Mold Maker Trainee - Skilled Trade entry level

Overview

Join our TEAM! We are seeking energetic and self-motivated candidates who want to learn the Mold Making Skilled Trade career. The right candidate has mechanical skills and experience with hand tools, power tools, precision tools, measuring tools, good math skills, and basic computer skills.

• Perform hands-on physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs., standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
• Work independently and follow directions from the manager.
• Receive on-the-job training under the direction of an experienced mold maker.
• Learn the basics of injection tools, components of injection molds, how to read CAD designs, and how to maintain and clean injection molds.
• Perform tasks assigned by the manager and support other departments as needed.

The trainee will be taught the basics described above and will receive on-the-job training. Some flexible schedules with overtime availability; night shift assignments receive a shift premium.
