Data Engineer, Data Analyst
Primary Responsibilities Will Include
In this role as our Manager of Information Technology, you will drive the architecture, delivery, and ongoing evolution of enterprise data and reporting solutions. This role combines deep expertise in data modeling, warehousing, reporting, and AI with strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities. You need to excel at partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to build scalable data platforms, ensure data integrity, and guide teams toward successful project outcomes.
Project& Team Leadership
- Lead technical teams, regularly scheduled check-ins, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery
- Represent the database and data engineering teams in Business Owner and stakeholder meetings, ensuring technical priorities align with business expectations
- Assemble project teams and provide accurate estimations for new work, ensuring proper resource forecasting and allocation
- Guide teams through annual goal-setting, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives to cultivate a high-performing and motivated workforce
- Create, maintain, and manage project schedules, delivering regular progress reporting to stakeholders
- Lead discovery and design phases by producing comprehensive technical documentation, data models, and system diagrams
- Architect and implement data models to best service end user requests
- Develop data models to support business operations, reporting, and analytics
- Solve complex data challenges across multiple business domains, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Design scalable database solutions to support predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced reporting
- Begin the foundations of an AI environment to strengthen the reporting group
- Build unified platforms integrating diverse business divisions, providing centralized, accessible data for internal and public stakeholders
- Serve as the lead data visualization specialist, producing dashboards, analytics, and data insights for executive and operational decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years relevant experience in Information Technology
- Experience in AI LLMs and implementation methodologies
- Ability to support Oracle, Postgres and SQL Databases both on premise and in cloud
- Proven experience in enterprise data architecture, data warehouse design, and large‑scale data integration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams, mentor staff, and drive project execution
- Ability to work closely with offshore teams for support
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of Management experience
