What You'll Do

• Service Desk Associates provide technical assistance to end-users using systems and tools supported by the Service Desk. This support is provided via telephone and email. Associates answer a variety of technical questions, perform basic troubleshooting, follow documented support processes, adhere to strict security and user identification protocol, reset passwords, assist with remote access and multi-factor authentication difficulties, and use documented escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
  
  This position requires a full day of sitting, speaking, and typing, and could include working any shift within a 24-hour day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift will be determined by organizational needs.

What We're Looking For
6+ months of experience in a professional setting:

• IT support environments
• Windows desktop support
• Active Directory and account management
• Office 365 and G-Suite support
• Ticketing systems and queue management
• Network and hardware troubleshooting
• VPN and access support

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester Hills, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
