This full‑time, hybrid position is perfect for entry‑level candidates looking to kickstart their career in the wireless industry. As part of our dedicated IT team, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees with technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $12,000 – $80,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing first‑line support to our staff, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and assisting with the implementation of IT solutions. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our company's technology infrastructure and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in‑person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment
  • Maintain and update documentation related to IT procedures and guidelines
  • Support the installation of new software and hardware
  • Monitor and manage IT inventory and asset tracking
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and networking
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with help desk software and remote support tools is preferred
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies is a plus
