Providing companionship and building rapport with residents;
Assisting residents in activities of daily living (ambulation, transferring, showering, personal hygiene, incontinence care, feeding, reminders, supervision);
Conducting group or one-on-one activities with residents;
Serving meals and after-meal cleanup; keeping resident rooms clean;
Observing residents and reporting changes/concerns to Wellness Director and responding to emergencies
