Providing companionship, building rapport and establishing a trusting relationship with our residents;
Assisting residents in activities of daily living (ambulation, transferring, showering, personal hygiene, incontinence care, feeding, reminders, supervision);
Conducting daily activities and group or one-on-one activities with residents;
Serving meals and post-meal cleanup;
Observing residents and reporting concerns to the Wellness Director
