, and we’re seeking a Senior Applications Engineer with experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
This role is ideal for someone who understands GMP, validation principles, traceability, and compliance-driven automation design — and wants to lead high-impact automation proposals for critical healthcare products.
🧬 What You’ll Lead- Technical development of automation systems for:
- Pharmaceutical production & packaging
- Cleanroom-compatible systems
- Structured URS and compliance review
- Risk mitigation and validation-aware design (IQ/OQ/PQ familiarity)
- Requirements traceability and regulatory documentation alignment
- Technical presentations to regulated-industry customers
- Cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Controls, and Mechanical teams
- 8+ years in custom automation
- Strong experience in:
- Medical Device
- Pharmaceutical
- Life Sciences manufacturing
- Familiarity with GMP environments
- Experience interpreting URS and validation requirements
- Strong commercial and proposal development experience
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience
- Work on mission-critical automation systems
- Influence compliance-driven system architecture
